What’s in the Contractor Customer Packet

When you send your first order through Deck Restoration Plus - we make it a point to attach a Contractor Customer Packet to the package (if applicable). This packet is a way to greet first-time customers and comes with a number of documents to keep in mind when ordering from Deck Restoration Plus and interacting with our staff.


Business Card

When sending a package, we always attach a business card so you have a point of contact if you need help with a product, application, need more information, or anything else. The card will have a staff member’s contact information (name, direct extension and email) so if you have any questions or have any problems, you can contact a staff member directly.

Introduction Letter

After the business card, you’ll find an introduction letter thanking you for contacting Deck Restoration Plus, with a brief description of the “Wizard of Wood” and Deck Restoration Plus products and websites where you can go for more information. We feel this letter is a nice way to introduce ourselves to the customer, and something that sets us apart from other companies.

Pricing List

We attach a product price list so you can use this as a “quick reference” for our products and product prices. This comes in handy if you’re pricing products in locations that doesn’t have internet/Wi-Fi access (i.e. a job site).

Preferred Contractor Program

Our “Preferred Contractor” membership program is a unique offering that will allow you to receive benefits for signing on to one of our three memberships: Knight, Noble, and Royal. Some perks of becoming a member include product discounts, access to Wizard of Wood’s online class, national referral program, access to our distributor network, and many more benefits! It’s definitely worth taking a look to see what each tier of the program offers and how it can benefit you!

Stain Color Chart

We also send a chart of all our stain colors, to give you an idea of what they look like on wooden surfaces. Deck Restoration Plus offers 11 different colors and tones. If you want to sample the stains before you buy a gallon or 5-gallon, you can order a stain sample kit that comes with 4 colors of your choosing.
